G5 5515, ryzen 7 5800h, 3060, GPU is stuck at 210 MHz and power output is showing 752 W
The clock of gpu is always 210 mhz and power outage is 752 W which is physically impossible. I've tried everything from reverting to old drivers and fresh windows installation. It was fine until yesterday and worked perfectly, but from today not a single game is playable. Can anyone help ? please.

I don't know what happened, nothing worked but when I restarted my laptop I just enabled optimus cause I disabled it when I last played a game. and behold It magically worked idk how. but I'm scared to disable it again. lol... How and why did it give such bad readings and lagged my pc. this genuinely baffled me.
