G15 5530, power on issue

Şarjdan çekiyorum kapanıyor ve açılmıyor şarja takıp çalıştırdığımda windows kurulum hatası diyor yeniden başlatınca açılıyor

I unplug it, it turns off and does not turn on, when I plug it into the charger and run it, it says windows installation error, it turns on when I restart it
