G15 5530 Performance issues after updates
Hi,
My fps in game massively dropped after last 3 updates or something else idk. Just updated these lastly;
- 11 feb 26 bios
- 06 feb 26 intel management engine interface driver
- 03 feb 26 nvidia rtx graphic driver
In crowded fights, I was even recording video with high graphics before with full character limits (was turning off shadows only). Now, I'm not able to play even without recording video and full character limits (not even able to play with medium settings), I play in lowest potato graphics with lowest character limits now.
I had problems with blue-screen errors (WHEA). Tbh, I have these kinda crash issues since I bought this laptop. (mailed many times to support before) as finally, I used to live with it by praying in important moments. It sometimes crashes on high use, sometimes crashes even on desktop idle. Can't count how many times it crashed while I was making coffee after waked up & opened pc.
So, I was trying to make my laptop up to date by hoping to resolve it but.. now can't even play my game. Even on cs2, something happens and fps drops (never resolving until I restart the game).
I have no idea about hardware things but if it helps, I checked alienware in game (not even on crowded area, I'll check that as well if this info helps)
For that 98-100º temperature, technical support was said before "it's normal in gaming series laptops"
I've reinstalled a clean windows (11 home) 2 months ago (I did it many times on 2 years to resolve whea)
GPU : rtx 4060
Hardware health checking things don't find any issue. (I tried via os recovery as well)
I also scare to rollback the bios because I tried to reset to default it before (again to resolve my crash issues xd) and I had to reinstall the windows cuz of it.
Would be appreciate if I can get any help about it. Whea errors were enough to throw this laptop out but now I can't tell my feelings :|

It says "Thank you for the information. Our records indicate that your system warranty has expired."
Do I have to expand my warranty for software support? everything happened on a single night :|
I checked those numbers on battle moments which I realized "something happened to this laptop"
Btw, ram usage is due to some softwares behind, fps is same without them too, I just went into battle to take ss while working. As I research, it's probably because of "cpu throttling" but it looks like my bios avoids editing the things. It's my first experience with these terms since I decided to have a lapmargin: 0;">As I mentioned before, whea crashes was really enough to throw this laptop out. It's been 2 years used to live with it. But this situation really makes it more disgusting now. If something degrades my performance to avoid burn the cpu, I'm ok with it. It can burn it's not gonna be surprise for me after all. So, would be appreciate if I can get even a little help for anything. I tried all the things mentioned on old posts like choosing gpu via nvidia control panel, performance modes etc.
I had no hope to resolve the whea or other crashes before but I believe we can fix this by some help because it happened after updates. I have recorded videos on 13 Feb 26 so it happened by updates after this date.
Could you believe :| I was even recording videos in large scale fights just a week ago. Now I can't even play :|
Lastly, I apologize if I look offensive. This topic has feelings 2 years of raging, was filled enough before this last damage. My performance was already degrading permanently in periods and just was ignoring those but this one is really massive one.
