G15 5521 SE, bad keyboards

Keyboards that the paint comes off in less than a year on a computer that costs 2,500 euros. Dell claims normal wear and tear even though it is an obvious manufacturing defect in order to avoid replacing under warranty. After several emails, someone from Dell (Btgs Sweden) calls to explain why it is wear and tear and not a manufacturing defect. The first thing he says is that they changed from oil-based paint to a water-based paint about 3 years ago due to environmental requirements and that the paint started to come off at the same time as they changed the paint type is for me a clear sign that it is due to the manufacturing. Then he talks about game keys that are used a lot but can't explain why the forward (W) key looks new while the back (S) key is completely without paint, but he might think you always go back through games. It is also strange that the paint is not worn away from the keys but it comes off from underneath like air bubbles and you can also pull the paint off the keys so obviously the paint has not stuck properly.
Not being able to see what is written on the keys makes the keyboard unusable for me but according to Dell it is only a cosmetic defect that you cannot see what is written on the keys (as if everyone knows where all the keys are by heart). So my question is, is there anywhere else I can buy a new Swedish keyboard for a Dell G15 5521 SE or do I have to buy a new one from Dell that lasts less than a year (Google did not help me much)?

You cannot replace the keyboard alone on these - you need to replace the palmrest assembly.  No, there are no options other than Dell.  There is however (at least with a US/international layout) an unpainted, black keyboard option.
