G15 5520, AWCC no supported AlienFX detected

Good day, I have a week old Dell G15 5520, i9, 3070Ti.  As far as I know I should have access to Alienware Command Center (at least for thermal management).

When I open AWCC I get a message "No supported AlienFX devices were detected".  I don't have access to the home screen to change any of the thermal profiles.

I have tried uninstalling, clearing registry and reinstalling with no luck. Does anyone please have some advice for me, should I send the laptop back. I got a bluescreen once as well.

I am struggling with the same issue, I have updated bios, reinstalled command center in probably like 10 different ways, and hard reset my pc. The first like 2 days I had the laptop everything worked fine but it kept bothering me about an update to command center and when I tried to install the update it wouldn't work so I uninstalled and reinstalled which made it soft lock into loading when I launched now I've got it where this is the only issue which makes it not interact with the bios to transmit the fan speeds needed when entering performance mode. I have the version of the laptop with a with a 12th gen i7 and gpu is integrated + an rtx 3060. (the hard reset created folders that were dated last year with the original files which don't work.)

I've been working through this issue for about a week during nights and I've finally come to a fix. I'm posing a link here to what worked for me. https://www.dell.com/community/Alienware/m15-R1-AWCC-Fusion-never-loads/td-p/7687729 The community accepted reply with uninstalling with revo uninstaller scan for every which file to delete them then restart and redownload like brand new. My installer had a weird message at first about an update so I hit update then installed and it worked.

Thank you very much, I really tried about five times with software downloaded from Dell drivers as well as Microsoft store and unfortunately it didn't work for me.  Thank you again for the effort.

Good day,

Can anyone recommend a pathway on how I can escalate a case with Dell? I purchased a new laptop and since day one I had issue with it, its been two months now and I am getting nowhere with the technical support team. I've always been a good supporter for Dell and have been using there products for close to two decades and it honestly sad to see how their support quality declined.

Thanks

* Plug in the external AC power to the Laptop
* Use the AWCC uninstall instructions here
* Once uninstalled, download the AWCC Full Installer. Not the smaller AWCC file
* Once installed, restart the Laptop two times. Then retest
