Fan Fail Error code D0501

My windows fan has been overheating and failing for a couple days now, i got it fixed not long ago but its back and failing again

My device is the Optiplex 7770 AIO

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700 CPU @ 3.00GHz   3.00 GHz

My warranty has expired and i dont know how to fix it

Is there a way to do it at home or should i ask a technician?
