Extend desktop on Dell Inspiron 5570 laptop connected to Dell D3100 dock to both external monitors

I purchased a Dell D3100 dock that I've connected to my Dell Inspiron 5570 laptop from the URL below.

I've connected two external monitors to this dock.

So far, I've only been able to extend my Windows 11 desktop to one of the external monitors while the other external monitor duplicates the display shown on the Dell Insporion 5570 built-in LCD display.

What can be done so that I can have three separate displays on my Del Inspiron 5570 laptop using my laptop's built in LCD display and the two monitors that are connected to this laptop?

Is this possible?

Or do I need to buy a different dock for this Dell Inspiron 5570 laptop?

This is the Dell D3100 dock that I purchased:

Need more information to answer -- what resolution are the external monitors, and how are they connected?  HDMI, displayport?

The external monitors are set to 1920x1080 resolution and one external monitor is connected with an HDMI cable and the other one is connected with a display port to 15 pin VGA adapter.
