Down arrow key is stucked on scrolling

My laptop down arrow key is stucked on scrolling without pressing the key and it hadn't stop this problem faced during september period and I don't think it an software issue but please can you replace my keyboard I have an warranty of this so this would be easy.

My down key is working fine but when I press it or sometimes without press it get stucked.
