Does my laptop has discrete graphics?

For starters, I have an old dell Inspiron 3420. It is paired with a 3rd gen Intel Core i3 3110M, 5gb of ram and a 500gb HHD (all original except the memory, I added an extra 1gb stick). It originally belonged to my sister but after being stored for a long time I decided to bring it back to life. It had Windows 7 installed on it originally, but it was corrupted, so I installed Windows 10 on it. I saw an old spec sheet on it that said that the Inspiron 3420 had a discrete graphics GT620M 1GB. I tried confirming it by going through device manager but couldn't find it, it was not showing up. I did try installing the drivers for it but wasn't successful. I couldn't find any information about this laptop on the internet and dell stopped supporting it, so I was wondering. does it come with a discrete graphics, if it did why wasn't windows detecting it? or it had to come in a specific motherboard? I would appreciate any information I could obtain on this ancient piece of tech. Thank you.

Note: I am using a 65W power brick so idk if that's causing any issues.

The system had the option of a GT620 at purchase, but the vast majority of these would have been sold with integrated graphics only, particularly those with the i3 CPU (discrete graphics generally ship only with i5 or i7 CPUs).

You can look up the specifications on your specific system using the service tag at dell.com/support, but it almost certainly has only Intel graphics.

Yes, the nVidia GPU systems shipped with a different mainboard -- the graphics chip is soldered to the mainboard, so it cannot be added later.
