Did not receive order confirmation even when I received the payment report from Dell UPI payment partner payu
Today I bought a battery from your Dell store website, upon checkout and payment through UPI, the payment page re navigated back to the dellstore success payment page, but it did not load. I have received a payment confirmation from your Dell payment partner PAYU, and also a email confirmation from my bank as well. Please help to resolve this issue soon. The email ID provided is same as my current user email id.

The Dell offices usually are close over the weekend. Please click on the Get Help Now at the right bottom of the page, hopefully it will help answer your questions about payment.

Hi I am not getting reply on the Get Gelp Now chat. Also tried calling their support channels, but no help at all. Can someone help me on this?
