Dell Vostro Processor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1255U, 1700 Mhz, 10 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s).

How to stop Dell support assist from automatically functioning Onboard diagnostics, every time I turn my device shutdown or put to sleep the laptop doesn't work.

i should to remove battry and unplugged the power and pushh power for 30 seconsed

then bluged battry and power and then turn it on again.

is there a CMOS battery in my laptop

I am assuming windows 11 is on your computer.....

You can uninstall Support Assist application in Settings. Press windows key and R key at same time, type ms-settings into command prompt box, select okay. In the Settings menu, select Apps, Support Assist and then Uninstall. If you want to reinstall Support Assist later, click on link below:

To check if there's a cmos battery, we need exact Dell model number for the computer.

Example: Dell vostro 3530

You can find it in System Information application. Press windows key and R key, type msinfo32 onto box, okay. In System Information, stroll down to System model.
