Dell Realtek speakers do not work on Zoom

Hi,  This happened suddenly about two weeks ago.  The speakers work on all other programs.  I have a Dell Inspiron 3593 and running Windows 11.  I updated Zoom, updated Realtek speaker drivers, and have been  on 2 weeks of conversations with Zoom technical support.  No luck in fixing this.   HELP!!

Resolution

Disabling audio enhancements on your device may help you resolve the issue.

  1. On your Windows computer, open the Settings app.
  2. Click Sound.
  3. In the Output section, locate the device's default speaker, for example, Speakers/Headphones Realtek(R) Audio.
  4. Click the right arrow icon to the right of the speaker's name to access that speaker's properties.
  5. Next to Audio Enhancements, click the drop-down menu and select Off.

To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them.  Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. If already out of warranty, click here for the Dell out of warranty offering.

Well, that fix does not work.   How about a more effective solution?
