Dell peripheral device under warranty but no Service Tag

For Mouse/Keyboard/Speakers/Monitor arms bought with a Dell computer:

  1. Click Get Help Now on the bottom right corner of this page.
  2. Provide your email when requested.
  3. Provide the Service Tag of the computer with which you bought the peripheral device.
  4. Briefly explain the issue with the peripheral device.

    Note: Initially, you will be triaged by our Virtual Assistant (VA) or BOT. Shortly after, a GHN agent will be assigned to your case to provide further assistance.

For Mouse/Keyboard/Speakers/Monitor arms bought separately or from a non-Dell retailer:

  1. Post the issue directly on the Customer Care board
  2. Explain that the peripheral device does not have a Service Tag number. That you need a DELL-Cares agent to start the private Direct Message process with you
  3. Provide the Dell Order Number or retailer order number found on the invoice.
  4. Attach a copy of the invoice (image or PDF) to validate the purchase information.
  5. Briefly explain the issue with the peripheral device.
