Dell peripheral device under warranty but no Service Tag
For Mouse/Keyboard/Speakers/Monitor arms bought with a Dell computer:
- Click Get Help Now on the bottom right corner of this page.
- Provide your email when requested.
- Provide the Service Tag of the computer with which you bought the peripheral device.
- Briefly explain the issue with the peripheral device.
Note: Initially, you will be triaged by our Virtual Assistant (VA) or BOT. Shortly after, a GHN agent will be assigned to your case to provide further assistance.
For Mouse/Keyboard/Speakers/Monitor arms bought separately or from a non-Dell retailer:
- Post the issue directly on the Customer Care board
- Explain that the peripheral device does not have a Service Tag number. That you need a DELL-Cares agent to start the private Direct Message process with you
- Provide the Dell Order Number or retailer order number found on the invoice.
- Attach a copy of the invoice (image or PDF) to validate the purchase information.
- Briefly explain the issue with the peripheral device.
