Dell Optimizer runs indefinitely with high CPU and picture stutters
Inspiron 16 Plus 7640 here. Just got big screen 32" Samsung connected via Display Port (4K, 60fps). When laptop goes to sleep, screen also goes to sleep and after wake up I see CPU utilization (Dell Optimizer) and picture feels like 10 fps. Any picture - desktop, browser, video. You click and reaction comes with noticeable delay. So I open task manager and end task on Dell Optimizer - thing are smooth again.
I couldn't recreate this situation with internal screen.
Any advice or just uninstall that thing?

You can uninstall it to see if the issue persist.
