Dell mouse warranty claim
I order my Dell mouse online it's 3 year warranty and it's scroll wheel not work mouse is not damage no scratches on it.

Please see this thread here. Ensure you have the Dell order number from your purchase. If you have a Dell device, use that system service tag to contact support via GHN (Get Help Now). Then provide your order number of the mouse to receive proper support for it. If you do not have a dell system and just have the mouse, then just provide your order number of that purchase to be routed to support.
