Dell Laptop Broken Hinge

I have purchased 3 Dell Laptops in the past 5 years only to have a hinge break on every laptop. After the hinge breaks in my experience, 2 weeks later the broken hinge results in a cracked the screen.  I sent my most recent laptop in for repair within the 1 year warranty and was told it was customer induced. Dell support has been… well incredibly unsupportive. I find it hard to believe when it has happened to every Dell laptop I have ever owned purchased? Twice Dell said they would repair the hinge only to change their  mind on their promise to fix the issue on my most recently purchase laptop. Has anyone else experienced this issue with Dell computers? Seems like Dell is reluctant to actually help customers who have loyally supported their product.
