Dell keyboard design
I first bought a Dell laptop (or notebook as we call them in the UK) in 2001. It was a Latitude. The power button broke down in 2005, so I sold it to someone after it had already been switched on.
The second Dell notebook I bought was in 2012. It was an Inspiron. This lasted until late 2022 when the CPU died.
The third Dell notebook I bought was (to replace the above) in late 2022. It was an Inspiron; however, it had a full (desktop computer) keyboard - as opposed to my previous 2 Dell notebooks which each had a mini keyboard. I have had 4 other notebook computers over the years - since my first one purchased in May 1993: Zenith Bull 386 SL, 100 MB HD, 4 MB RAM, 50 Mhz speed (I think) AND THEY ALL HAD MINI KEYBOARDS.
Why on earth did you switch to a full keyboard on a notebook computer? If I had noticed this at the (Dell) store, I would never have bought it.
