My Spacebar-F5-Backspace-Enter buttons sometimes will work and sometimes wont, sometimes i have to click hardly on them to work and some other times they dont work at all. Can someone please help me?
also pressing hardly on the keys especially the enter key or just putting the laptop on a non flat surface makes it completely crash, ive searched and its apparently the ram thats causing this.

First thing to check is the condition of the battery -- is it at all swollen?
And what model G15 -- 5597, etc.?

@Omar 5819 If you test the keys in the onboard diagnostics, do they function?
Restart the laptop.
As the Dell logo appears, press and hold F12 repeatedly until the One-Time Boot Menu appears
The 32-bit Dell Diagnostics will start automatically. Press ESC to stop the test
Select Advanced Test from the lower-left menu.
Choose Keyboard from the list of devices to test

Hay @Omar 5819
If only a few of the keys are intermittently responding and only respond when pressed hard then the issue is most likely physical with the keyboard. I would recommend cleaning with a damp cloth and blow it out with canned air.
To confirm the issue is physical, you can test the keyboard within the 'Advance Test' within the diagnostics of the F12 menu.
1.) Shutdown the computer
2.) Power on the system and keep tapping the <F12> key until the One-Time Boot menu appears. (Or press and Hold the Fn key and then press the power button until the One-Time Boot menu appears.)
3.) Select 'Diagnostics'.
4.) Press 'ESC' as soon as the quick test start and select the 'Advance Test' option on the bottom.
5.) Select the 'Keyboard', ensure all other devices are deselected, a test.
Regarding the crashing issue, the memory is directly under the 'ENTER' key, so pressing too hard would cause an issue. They memory could just be not seated properly if moving the system is also causing it to crash. I would recommend reseating the memory to try and resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve, please reach out to Tech Support and they will be happy to help.
