Dell Inspiron 3721 Processor Upgrade and Maintenance & Service Guide Download
I was wondering where do you get the Dell Inspiron 3721 Maintenance & Service Guide so I can try and upgrade my laptop from 1.90GHz Intel Pentium 2127u
I see nothing for the Maintenance & Service Guide that has the processor upgrades that I can use

The CPU is soldered to the system board, so any upgrade means replacing the entire mainboard. Since you're asking about that for a system that's over 10 years old, you're likely better off simply replacing the system with something a few years newer -- it won't cost much (if any) more than a board alone will cost. The value of the system is likely less than $50, so putting twice that or more into a board is questionable from an economic sense.
