Dell inspiron 3593 keyboard swap to backlit keyboard.
Im wondering if there is any chance to make my Dell Inspiron 3593 10th Gen i3 laptop have a backlit keyboard.
I tear a part of the laptop and notice there is a port for backlit, but the laptop comes with a non-backlit, so is there a way to make this work?
teardown or the cost of the assembly is not an issue for me; I'm doing this for fun.
I need to know if this is going to work or wast of money trying and what I need for this like drivers, BIOS updates, hardwear changes, or some specific softwear.

The keyboard is permanently mounted to the palmrest, so the palmrest assembly needs to be replaced. It's a big job, due to the need to tear down the entire system. Part numbers here.

Thank you sir.
@ejn63 yes i have tear down couple of times and once i replaced the keyboard due to not function some of keys in mine so that time i figured that theres no need to replace the full keyboard assembly with armrest so if i do the same again but with a backlit keyboard this time is it gonna work?? All I need to know is board compatibility to the backlit keyboard sir. Are there any additional things to concern.
Once again Thank you for your informations sir

Unless you know the keyboard can be removed (usually by 30+ screws), examine the keyboard before buying. On most newer models, the keyboard is mounted with plastic rivets that have to be individually drilled out and then melted using a soldering iron. Given that the labor is the same, and that the cost difference is small between the palmrest and the keyboard alone, it usually means replacing the palmrest is the better path.

@ejn63 yes sir lasttime i remove those plastic reverts and replace those by using plastic weld machine to be fair its same like before.
Have you try to do this like swap with amrest? Is going well?
All i need to know is is possible to do this without some modification to the motherboard?
