Dell Inspiron 3580 i3 8th Gen SSD clarification

i have this laptop dell Inspiron 3580 i3 8th Gen so is there any dedicated SSD slot in my  laptop? if have this slot which type slot i have to use like(sata,m.2, nvme) which one is supports my laptop? also what is the limit?
please guys i confused clarify to me

Your Inspiron 3580 can support 2.5" SATA HDD/SSD and M.2 2280 NVMe SSD.  Dell only tested and validated 2.5" SATA drives up to 2 TB and M.2 NVMe drives up to 256 GB.  However, those are not technically limits, you can install larger capacity drives as your preferences.

@Chino de Oro​ can you suggest a best brands for me ? which is better NVME m.2 ssd is good right ?

Well known brands are Samsung, SK Hynix, Western Digital, Crucial, and more.

Within a brand, there are different models with different prices depending on quality grade and performances.  Therefore, best brand is subjective.  You also want best value by selecting good price per GB, endurance TBW (the higher terabyte written the better), and better warranty terms (5 years).
