You will need to contact Dell support by voice phone and provide verification of ownership. The hard drive is password protected -- Dell can assist with removing that password. Once that's done, unless you need the data on the drive, it'll be less expensive to replace the drive (removing the password from the system does not remove the password from the drive itself).
