Dell Inspiron 1545 not turning on

I have had a Dell Inspiron 1545 from some years. It is pretty old now. It was my uncle's but he gave me this when he brought a new laptop. I hadn't turned it on since around 2021. When my uncle gave me this it worked fine but next day it didn't turned on. See somehow understood it is the adapter problem but in that time the laptop was officially discontinued but somehow he managed to get the adapter. But after I turned it on with the new adapter it didn't charged so I have to use it while connected to power. In this way I used it for many days again but one day I slept after using it and on the next day I see it does not turn on. Now after so many years I am trying to turn it on again so I got to know that it is not the adapter or the battery problem as the front light turned on whenever I connected it to power and I also know that this is not the power button problem because every time I press the power button for 3 times with 1 second for each press I can hear the fan spinning for around 2-3 second. I don't know what is the problem can someone tell me what can the problem be and how much will it take to get repaired.
