You cannot upgrade just the CPU -- you need to replace the mainboard. The CPU is soldered to the board and not otherwise replaceable.
Compare the cost of a complete system to the cost of just a board. You may find the cost of a complete system around or even less than what the board costs (though with some sellers like parts-people.com, you do get a year warranty on the board.

Note that there are two different boards - one has integrated video (yours) and one has discrete video (more common on the i7). To upgrade from integrated video to discrete you'll also need a new heatsink assembly and likely a higher capacity power adapter.
It will be far less expensive to buy a complete working used system than upgrade yours -- you can likely find a newer system for less than the parts will cost.
