dell Inspiron 15 5565 hinges stiff & Hot

I sent away for a dell studio 1745 but the seller sent me a dell Inspiron 15 5565  with touch screen instead 

Problems it has are it runs hot I already took it apart and cleaned the fan and the heat sink I also replayed the thermal past 

2  The hinges are stiff to wear when you open it up it makes a creak noise is there a way to loosen up the hinge on these laptops I know on the acers it has a nut you can turn to loosen it up
