Why doesn't my Dell Inspiron 15 3520 have keyboard light?
Are there any alternative F buttons to be pressed with FN button, please?

You can click here for information turning a backlit keyboard on.
To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them. Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. If already out of warranty, click here for the Dell out of warranty offering.

The backlit keyboard on this model is optional -- first thing to check is whether or not it has a backlit keyboard. Go to dell.com/support and look up the specifications using the service tag.

Press and hold the “Fn” key and press the “Escape” key and then try again.
