Dell Inspiron 15 3000 won't boot without chager

Hi,

I am having an issue  with my Dell Inspiron 15 3000 laptop. Whenever I connect the charger cable, laptop boots up normally. However, if I remove the charger cable, the laptop immediately shutdown.

I have tried trouble shooting the issue, but i am not sure what causing it. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
