dell inspiron 14 5482 new battery not detected
I had purchased dell inspiron 14 5482 new battery but not detected. it still need connect charger cable to work on my dell laptop. I can see the orange light keep blinking since the first day i replace the new battery.
My Dell Laptop code : <To protect you, your private information was removed from public view. All private data was saved to your private Case. DELL-Admin>

Could be a defective battery or a low-quality third party battery -- contact the seller.

What is the Dell part number on the battery? This is a 2018 model system -- it's unlikely the battery is truly new.
