Dell Inspiron 14 5425 Issue
I have a Dell Inspiron 14 5425 and I had closed the laptop lid while it was shutting down. When I came back, I opened up the lid and it was starting with the Dell logo but it took 2-3 min longer than usual. I manually shut it down and tried again, but it was taking even longer to reboot. So I manually shut it down. Now when I try to power it on, the keyboard lights up and the battery the charging light to the AC adapter is on, but the screen is completely black. It doesn't have the Dell Logo at all and I've tried to manually reset by multiple times. I think it is stuck in a boot loop but I don't know how to get it out of it.
Does anyone have any tips?

Start pressing F2 immediately after the power button. Can you get into system setup? If yes, it's probably a corrupt Windows install. The path forward depends on whether you have a backup of the data on the system.
If you can't get into setup, try powering off and disconnecting the main battery from the system board. Hold the power button for 30 sec and reassemble the system. See if it'll then power up.

@ejn63 thank you for replying! I tried to press F2 immediately after the power button, but nothing. I’m going to a repair store tomorrow to see if they can open up my computer case to access the battery/internal hardware since I don’t have the tools to open it myself. I also don’t want to damage it accidentally.
I also tried a few other ways: like connecting to an external monitor (no connection) and pressing Ctrl+shift+windows+b to reset the graphic monitor. Still a black screen & keyboard light up.
