Dell I3543 Ram Upgrade
I have a dell I3543 laptop from 2015. I want to upgrade my 4GB ram to 8GB ram from aliexpress. Is aliexpress ram cards are good. My current ram is DDR3L 4GB 1600mhz ram. So can anyone help me to choose a best ram from aliexpress

Your Inspiron has only one memory slot. To upgrade, you will need to replace the current 4 GB module with an 8 GB module. See memory specs here https://dl.dell.com/manuals/all-products/esuprt_laptop/esuprt_inspiron_laptop/inspiron-15-3543-laptop_reference%20guide_en-us.pdf
Aliexpress is just a market place. I don't think anyone can give assurance of the products being sold there. What you would look for is an 8GB, DDR3L, 1600MHz, Unbuffered, Non-ECC SODIMM memory from well known brand such as Crucial (or Micron). Other brands should work too, just be sure to purchase from vendor with good review and will accept return

Yes, also view the sale term for warranty at least 30 days and accepting return. It's another sign of seller stands behind the quality of the products.

Don't buy from Aliexpress. You have a good chance of receiving a sub par, low quality or counterfeit item.
If you need to buy RAM at a low price, consider buying used from a reputable seller on eBay. Crucial/Micron, mentioned above, is fine, as well as Kingston, Samsung, SK Hynix, ADATA & PNY. Anything else I would be weary about, unless you can verify the authenticity of the chips on the module.

@Chino de Oro If I buy a ram from a seller that has good reviews like 4.7/4.8/4.9/5 stars or 10000+sales, is it would be okay.

Is there anything to do with ram pin count when choosing a ram?
If there is ,what is the pin count of dell I 3543 laptop?

As mentioned, the Inspiron 15 3543 supports up to 8GB, DDR3L, 1600MHz, Unbuffered, Non-ECC SODIMM memory. This type of memory has 204 pin.
The original module has Dell part number 03FX6M
