Dell Graphics Driver Crash after updating to the latest bios (1.30.0)

After i updated the bios in my laptop which was available but i couldn't because of poor battery. I recently updated my bios since my CPU got stuck at 1ghz. After updating the bios, the CPU clockpeed issue got fixed but my igpu driver keeps crashing, I tried installing older bios version (1.18.0 works the best) and it works but when I restart the laptop after the bios downgrade the update automatically get downloaded and asks me to restart almost few seconds after booting up. And i used to play basic games (CS:source and krunker browser)  but they keep crashing too and sometimes even discord and Youtube.
