Dell G7 7700 issues

Hello, I purchased my laptop in UAE with an international warranty available until 2022 Jan.

DELL INDIA: (forcing to buy local warranty)

While I have an International warranty which is valid until next year..... why is Indian region asking me to transfer to local warranty (which I should purchase) the first service is paid after purchase then 1 year free????

What is the use of buying an International warranty??????!!!

 

The problem I am facing not even the local Indian dell team can fix:

1. laptop when switches on it show error hard drive not installed or couldn't detect (I always have to restart then hold F2, storage, load default to BIOS and then restart) then it works...

2. While I'm gaming or working. suddenly a bluescreen appears and says sorry and restarts (I have no idea why!)

3. Backlights sometimes doesn't work (fn+F7)
