Dell G511 not turning on

My laptop sometimes when turned off doesn't turn back on. This issue has been going on for a while and I have tried to upgrade all software systems but still didnt solve the problem. The only way to solve it is to disconnect the battery then turn the laptop on with the charger then plug the battery back in. How do I permanently solve this issue?
