DELL G5 5590 RAM SUPPORT
I have a query. My laptop is G5 5590 with i5 9th Gen (9300H) processor. I would like to know whether ram can be upgraded to something with more MHz than what i have (running with 8gb (2*4gb) 2666mhz each)

No - the CPU controls the memory speed, so even if you install faster RAM, it'll downclock to match the CPU you have, and the CPU cannot be upgraded.
