dell g15 turning on vyt only for a few seconds
i have a dell g15 laptop, when i open it, turns on then goes to support assist and turns off after only a few seconds being open, the power button doesnt work and it only opens when i open the laptop screen

Hi
Is there a diagnostic function that can be enabled?
I feel that you may need to take it either apart and remove the storage device or have it done professionally.
Make Model and OS please.

Hi
Even tho the POWER button appears not to work, can you try and hold it down for 1 minute to force a HARD reset at any point in the cycle??
