Dell G15 smart charging COMPLETE TURN OFF FOREVER

I cannot find an answer for this, and I need to know is there a way to turn off smart charging indefinitely?! I can't stand having my laptop performing great while plugged in and all of a sudden, poof!  It runs like garbage because "smart charging" turned on and it limits the performance by a very, very noticeable amount. I don't care about battery life or anything like that I just want my laptop to run as best as it can at all times when I'm on AC power. I've tried changing the power settings in the BIOS, I've tried the local Windows settings, I've tried the My Dell app, nothing. I just want this to be turned off indefinitely.
