Dell g15 error code 2000-0512

Hello;
The gpu fan was not working on the laptop. I fixed it. I also did thermal paste maintenance. Then when the gpu error occurred again, I removed the cpu fan. When I was sure that the gpu fan was working, I installed the cpu fan. This time the fan is working 100%. I am trying to make manual adjustments with the Alienware program. I am doing 0%, it does not decrease in any way. I downgraded and upgraded the bios, there is no change. I am waiting for your suggestions. Thank you.

1. Checked for clogged air vents. No problems.
2. Updated my bios to the latest version.
3. The socket is properly installed.
4. Ran ePSA diagnostics. But I keep getting the same error.
My problem still remains the same.
