DELL G15 5530

I guess now everyone aware about some strange and mistic issues with NVIDIA drivers, which are causing the screen go black and getting a new window from Unreal Engine about issue with GPU. However, when these problems are happen on my side I have noticed on Event Viewer the below error as WARNING.

A corrected hardware error has occurred.

Component: PCI Express Root Port
Error Source: Advanced Error Reporting (PCI Express)

Primary Bus:Device:Function: 0x0:0x1:0x0
Secondary Bus:Device:Function: 0x0:0x0:0x0
Primary Device Name:PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A70D&SUBSYS_0BF71028&REV_01
Secondary Device Name:

Does anybody know what this error is meaning? It really happens just at the same time and ONLY at the same time, when I am getting the black screen and my GeForece RTX 4060 stops to respond at all including all apps which are for NVIDIA. Only restart is fixing this problem (and when I restart the laptop, I am getting blue screen as well).

In device manager, System devices, I can find Intel(R) PCIe RC 010 G5 - A70D. Is it possible that because of this I am getting the issues with my GPU?

Thank you for your help.
