dell g15 5530 keyboard

My little brother spilled soda on my g15 5530 and it still works and all but it have sticky keys and i already deep cleaned it but they are still sticky, and im looking for a relacement and all i can find are keyboards with a white rgb backlight, My question is if i decide to buy a replacement with a white rgb backlight would it be compatible with my laptop because my keyboard is red and i dont want to buy it and for it not to work

Any answers would be greatly areciated

You will need a palmrest assembly, not just the keyboard.  That said, the backlight color does not matter -- the palmrests will interchange.


Be sure you review the installation instructions before beginning -- the entire system needs to be disassembled to replace the palmrest assembly.  Service manual is here.
