Dell g15 5521 SE CPU overheating

Hello guys, my i9-12900h is overheating, at idle it sometimes at 60-70 degrees and on gaming it will go up to 100 degrees. I have a cooling pad and the laptop is lifted from the back for air circulation. I intend to open and clean it and put some ptm7950 instead of thermal paste. I am just wondering if somebody got the same problem as me and what was the solution.

oh and on the other hand i can’t costumize the lighting bar on the front bazel of the laptop. If somebody can help with that too it would be great. Thank you.
