Dell Digital Delivery Inspiron 3793

Hi, I have a Dell Inspiron 3793 with Windows 11. I recently wiped and reinstalled Windows. When I booted up, I found I lost a bunch of Software that came with my Device. Waves audio and Octane Memory came back. I installed Dell Digital Delivery to get the rest. Every time I use it it says to start the Digital Delivery Service. I tried starting and restarting. And changing it's status to Automatic. And rebooting. But it shuts down the Service and says to Start it again. Is there another way to download the Software that came with my Laptop? Specifically, CyberLink Media. I don't remember the email used to purchase the Device. Any ideas? Please reply. Thanks
