Dell alienware control command centre not able to reinstall

Dell alienware control command centre cant able to install to my laptop which is dell G3 3500 and the reply was so simple we are working on it but when just because of your company trust i buy 15 dell pc for commercial purpose and also suggest by boss to buy the g series laptop but now he is scoulding me its better to but lenovo instead of your i mean seriously you guys dont think about coustmer i was happy when my device is under warrenty at that time i have posted many good about your service and support you guy can check on my X platform but now it like ?
