Dell 1620 Drains Battery poor run time.

From the first time I used this new laptop, the battery would last about 1 hour even just browsing. I have had 5 battery replacements, 1 motherboard replacement even used a 3rd party new battery. Still it eats up battery capacity very quickly. I have never gamed or done GPU work.  Dell has refused to give me a B stock replacement or offer me anything. They say even 45 minutes of run time is within acceptable parameters.  Bull.  Dell does not post any expected battery run time for these units for a reason.  Does anyone else get more than 1 hour of runtime on battery?  I will never buy a dell again.  The Lenovo products are posted with battery run time ranges.  Just retuned the unit to dell.. They never tested the duration of the battery in my opinion.
