Dell 15r 5537 BIOS BEEPING 4 times

I was opening up my laptop to clean it as it had accumulated a significant amount of dust and dismantled the parts properly. After cleaning and reassembling, my laptop was starting up but no display or any output except beeping 4 times. I don't know what's the issue and am clueless.

NOTE: Display is broken so it is connected with external monitor, same with mousepad.

Pls refer to the video below for further clarification

Try one memory module at a time in each socket -- if one module tests bad in both sockets, replace the module. If both modules fail in each socket, you'll have to decide whether the system has enough value left to make replacing the system board economically viable.

Depending on the CPU, the system value is somewhere below $50 to about $75, so consider whether a new or newer system is a better idea. You'll pay that much or more for just a system board.

Check to make sure the memory is seated correctly -- four beeps is a memory error.

@ejn63 The memory seems to be in place, I removed and assembled it back again and still the same thing
