custom charging mode disappear after automatic latest bios update
Hello. I was using the MyDell app to change to the 4 different charging modes on my Inspiron 15 3535, but after the recent BIOS update to 1.20.0, the 4 different charging modes don't show up under the Charging mode section. There use to be 4 different icons there but they are gone as you can see from the picture below. The battery charges up to the last custom charging mode that I used but I can't change it. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Try a CMOS clear - unplug the system and disconnect the main battery from the system. Hold the power button for 30 sec.
Reassemble the system and power up -- see if that restores both the charge options and the identification of the battery type. Is this the original Dell battery?

The latest BIOS is 1.21.0 not 1.20.0. Please click the link here to update.
