❗ Critical problem with Dell G15 5525 — crashes, BSOD, instability since purchase

<Shipped from Dell on July 28, 2022 to original buyer in Poland. Warranty expired April 18, 2025. Dell cannot know how it got to a 2nd seller in Ukraine. You will need to contact the 2nd seller again for support. DELL-Admin>

Hi Dell Support,

I'm writing in hope of getting help with my Dell G15 5525 which has been unstable since the day I received it.


📌 Summary of the problem:

  • Bought: June 8, 2023 from Technoplay (Ukraine)

  • Delivered: June 10, 2023

  • Issue from day one: crashes in games (Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Cyberpunk 2077), BSOD during restart

  • Sent to store for repair: September 19, 2023

  • Returned from service: November 3, 2023 — issue persisted


❗ Ongoing problems:

  • Games crash or freeze (even simple games now)

  • OBS Studio crashes during streaming

  • Sometimes only boots after Windows Recovery

  • Friends also confirmed the issue while testing


🧪 Troubleshooting I did:

  • Replaced SSD with new 2TB — no improvement

  • Replaced RAM with 2×8GB — no improvement

  • Took laptop to local service center 5 times — no diagnosis

  • Reinstalled Windows multiple times

  • Used official drivers from Dell site


I am now in a situation where I can no longer diagnose or repair this myself. I’ve lost my main income, and this device was supposed to help me work online or stream, but it fails even basic tasks.

I love Dell — my previous Latitude E7450 served me well for years. When I bought this new G15, I gifted that older laptop to a friend in a frontline city (Chernihiv), and now I have no backup.


Please help me or direct me to someone who can. I have photos, error logs, crash videos — ready to provide on request.
