Conflict between audio driver and TPM
The Dell Inspiron 3501 laptop has a conflict between the audio driver and the TPM 2.0 driver. Specifically, after reinstalling Windows 11 24H2, the audio driver (with a warning) becomes unusable. However, when the audio driver is installed, the BIOS reports "Alert! TPM device is not detected." The audio driver after reinstalling Windows is Cirrus Logic CS8409; the functional audio driver is Cirrus Logic Super High Definition Audio. Afterward, I had to install the High Definition Audio Device driver (which doesn’t work) to boot normally without the TPM error.

After performing clean installation of Win 11 24H2, installing the chipset driver, reboot and installing ME driver. Then, run Windows updates to allow the remaining drivers be installed, including optional updates.
Only performing manual driver installation on the driver with issue or unknown from Device Manager.

The Dell Inspiron 3501 is experiencing a conflict between the audio driver and TPM 2.0 after reinstalling Windows 11 24H2. When the Cirrus Logic CS8409 audio driver installs, it triggers a BIOS alert saying "TPM device is not detected", and the audio becomes non-functional with a warning icon in Device Manager.
The correct working driver appears to be Cirrus Logic Super High Definition Audio, but reinstalling it causes TPM issues. To boot normally without the TPM error, you had to use the generic High Definition Audio Device driver, which doesn't provide functional audio. This suggests a driver-level conflict affecting TPM recognition, likely due to hardware resource overlap or firmware bugs.

@ThanhNB After installing Windows 11 24H2, there is a conflict between the Cirrus Logic CS8409 audio driver and TPM 2.0 on the Dell Inspiron 3501. The BIOS error "TPM device not detected" occurs when the Cirrus driver is installed, disabling TPM and disrupting audio (yellow warning in Device Manager). The TPM problem is avoided by using the generic High Definition Audio driver, but functional audio is turned off. This suggests a resource conflict or a bug in the BIOS or firmware that affects how the audio driver and TPM interact.
