Can’t access UEFI/BIOS one time menu

Whenever I try update the bios to 1.32 for my dell G15 5520, the restart just shows the dell logo and freezes. I have tried accessing the bios menu by pressing f12 or through advanced recovery but the same logo freeze happens every time. If I don’t attempt to access it, the laptop starts up fine.

ive gone into the f2 bios settings but that doesn’t have an option to update or anything, ive followed Alamo every guide online and tried resetting, safe mode, disabled secure and fast boot, bit locker, shut down,  scf/dcmi, I’ve done in depth scans. Nothing has worked.

is there any other way I can use a usb or make my computer update the bios as the current one is causing issues and I can’t change it without access.
