Does the display pass its diagnostic (hold the D key through powerup to initiate the test)?

That's not an abormal delay but likely indicates the screen is OK.  If the system isn't showing any display reliably, it could be an issue with the display cable or the mainboard.

Why are you chasing a BIOS reflash?  What happened to the system to make you think the firmware is the issue, rather than a failed mainboard?

@ejn63​ fans but  spun no display and it was giving the recovery image not found error

If you know you attempted a flash of the firmware and that it failed, it could need a recovery flash.  However, if this was a sudden occurrence that came out of nowhere, my guess would be that the flash chip itself failed - meaning it will need to be physically replaced, not just flashed.

@ejn63​ i recently did a firmware update and i was playing games and i turned it off and when i tried to turn it back on it wouldn't work
