I bought my lap top in 2022. When I first received it I didn't like it. It felt very flimsy. Warrantee ran out in 10/24. I opened the laptop and snap. Hinge broke off from the bottom cover, so needed that to. The screen twisted. I lost the screen to. Called support and they wouldn't do anything. Bad made product. Always used dell in the past . Not anymore
This is the second Dell that this has happened to me with - and they wont cover it- its clearly a defective issue they should stand behind- its a known issue
